A new christmas tradition.

When I was growing up we would always write our lists and put them in our shoes on the porch for Santa to pick up. Santa would take our lists and leave treats in our shoes!! We decided to try it and see if Santa would come to our house.......and HE DID!!
Erilyns list she told me everything to put on there including a birthday cake! haha.
She also drew a picture for Santa on the back of her list. She was naughty and drew on her self to.
Erilyn also helped me write Enslies list.

On the porch waiting for Santa.

Excited to see if Santa came.

Looking  on the porch, look closely Santa put the shoes between the screen door and the other door.

Still looking.....

New big girl cups!! Santa must have noticed she needed these pretty badly and couldn't wait till Christmas.

New teethers!!! Santa must have noticed that Enslie needed these and couldn't wait till Christmas either.

Erilyn has been obsessed with watching youtube videos of people opening kinder eggs (They are German and aren't sold in the us anymore) they are hollow chocolate eggs filled with candy or toys inside. So she was pretty excited to get these eggs to open, they aren't kinder but close enough.

Her shoe contents: 2 "kinder eggs" chocolate Santa's, doc mcstuffins juice and a sucker.

Contents of one of the eggs.

The Santa one had skittles that fell out all over the floor when she opened it!!

Enslie also got a sucker.

And a Barbie apple juice this was her first time trying apple juice she liked it but the sippie was a little to fast flow  for her. My plan was to pour it in a bottle for her to drink. But while I was making breakfast Erilyn drank all of hers and noticed Enslie still had some so she took off both lids poured  Enslies into hers and put the tops back on. I should have yelled at her but I was very proud of her for thinking of it all on her own and doing it with out spilling!

The kids loved it! We will definantly be doing it again for many years to come!
