Easter weekend.

We had family over the weekend before Easter for our annual egg hunt so a few days before I cooked this baby!

Food all ready to go.

My mom dyed the egg whites for her potato salad!

Egg hunt time! It was nice having a bigger swing set to hide eggs on this year!

Waiting to go!!

Brielle as so fun to watch this year she was just old enough to know what was going on. At one point Korbyns bucket got so full it was hard to carry and he set it down. When her mom got distracted watching the other kids Brielle started to help her self to Korbyns eggs in his basket putting them in hers one by one.

Once cousins all left we decided to dye eggs with the kids.

I bought theses kits a few days after Easter last year and they were so cute!

I had a talk with the Easter bunny and asked if she could come a week early this year. Since our spring break was the week before Easter and we would be getting home from our spring break trip the day before Easter. Also the kids all needed new swim suits and summer clothes for the trip as well and usually the Easter bunny bring those things. The Easter bunny was happy to do that and said it would actually help her with having one less place to stop the fallowing week. As Per tradition the kids slept on an air mattress in the basement.

At 2am the girls came in and both said they had to pee. So i took them up stairs one by one and covered their eyes so they wouldn't see if the Easter bunny came and went back to bed. At 6:30 they came in and asked if they could go up stairs yet. We decided it was an ok time and i came upstairs to take pictures before they came up. Here's all of it.

Korbyns,

Enslies,

Erilyns

The kids each got new luggage with a stuffed animal that turned into a neck pillow!!

Posing in their Easter outfits,

This kid fell asleep about 5 min, into church! He's gotten so big that its really hard for me to carry him so i made him wake up to walk home after church and he was so tired he stumbling everywhere and crying. haha!

We had such a fun early Easter and the kids were definitely more prepared to start the packing process for our spring break trip!
