Watching the niece and nephew.

On Friday Travis and i got to watch my niece and nephew for the day. They are the cutest most behaved kids i have ever seen, i hope my kids are just kids are just like them. They got to my house about ten in t he morning and stayed till about 8 that night it was way fun but but very tiring they definitely have more energy then i do and keep me on my toes.


The first thing they did when they got here was go straight to the cookie jar and look at me with their big blue eyes and ask me for just one sucker......


Of coarse i give in and give them each one....




Jay playing with his farm he got from Hamma from Christmas. It stays here for him to play with he comes over.




On Travis's way over i had him stop and get some Donald's for us. He wanted to make eggs but i told him that they took to Long lets have something else for lunch what do you want he thought for a second and yelled ...... danalds!!!!

We were playing that my rug was lava and they couldn't touch it if they did, We had to hurry and put out his on fire feet with my blanket. He hit my bed frame and scratched his back. I felt so bad and it looked pretty bad, but it didn't seem to hurt him to much, we stopped playing the game any ways..... ouchy big guy im sorry!!

When ever they come over they get to make cookies with Hamma. For Christmas they got these cute baking out fits Maddies hat didnt last long though!!!

He is better then me at cracking eggs!!!! We had him crack them into a bowl so if there were shells in them we could get them out, he cracked four egges and we only had to get one small shell out!!!

Hamma (witch is what they call grandma) bought pizza for dinner..... yummmmmy!!!!!!!! maddie is so ready to go home and go to sleep!

The day was so much fun i cant wait to do it again!!

New cell phone account!!

On Tues also Travis and i got a cell phone account together. His old contract was about to expire and my little brother really wanted a phone, so we decided to just do it all at once. we got our new phones, and went straight to gateway to get invisible Shields for them because his phone was all ready scratching we found out that they didn't have it for his phone and that mine had to be special ordered. So we ordered one for me and went back to the store to complain. They gave him a clear cover for his phone he was happy his phone wasn't going to get scratched up any more then it all ready was. We then came home and filled out our mail in rebate forms right away, he gets the full 100 back on his and i get 30 on mine. In reality i got a 35 dollar phone and he got a 5 dollar phone because technically all he has to pay was taxes.

Donating blood

On Tuesday Travis and i donated blood that is one of my new years resolutions. I think that if I am healthy enough to donate blood, that i should do it as much as possible and that its going towards a good cause. Its crazy to think that 15 mins and a little bruise can save a life. A life of a person you dont even know.

It was only my second time successfully donating, I tired when i was 17 the lady was really new at it and hadn't had much experience, so when my vein moved she panicked and over corrected sticking the needle through my vein and when she got i t fixed it was bleeding to the sides so there wasn't enough pressure to get the blood to flow fast enough. ( i had a big painful bruise from that one) I was bummed and didn't donate after that because i was scared it would happen again.( i was also busy or sick)

last October or November my stake hosted a blood drive and Travis and i decided to go and i successfully donated blood and finally found out my blood type witch is B+ .Tues was the second success she missed the vein at first but then she got it to work i was so happy.

Our ouchies on our arms painful but well worth it!!

Reception place.... check!!

So i was super scared that some one was going to book their reception on the day we wanted. So today we went and looked at the place my sister had hers.... it is even more beautiful then i remember and Travis loved it so we went ahead and booked it. I'm excited that we got a good place. Of coarse i took my camera but didn't take pictures... i guess that's what the photographer is for though so those will be posted after the wedding. hee hee.

WOW I FEEL OLD!!!!!

When i was 17 i met the love of my life, at work i started two weeks before him and they got to training me fast to be a runner. I learned fast where everything was and would train the new people by giving them tours and showing them where everything was, and how to do everything. I didn't really like it much till one day i walked into our pantry area and there he was i thought he was pretty cute and excited to train him. We got in the elevator and the first question i asked was how old are you? He said he was 20 and that was fine by me he then asked me how old i was and i said i was 17 he looked pretty disappointed.(i think it was because i was under 18 ) So any way he ended up working on the other side so i couldn't see him that often i found excuses to go see him. Then the next jazz season he became my supervisor (keep in mind i trained him) and by this time i was 18 and i got to work directly with him, i was pretty excited we worked together for about two months before he started to flirt with me. I say he started to flirt with me because i died my hair red, he says it was because he got his lasic surgery and felt more comfortable flirting with me.
Two days before Christmas i woke up to a text from him that said.... Do you have a boy friend? If not do you want to go on a date with me? If you have a boy friend or don't want to go out with me just ignore this and hopefully work wont be awkward. I was so excited and quickly answered we decided to go two days after Christmas, and ended up spending the whole day together starting with going to breakfast, body worlds with my WHOLE family,the movie bedtime stories , the jazz game, had steak, watched two movies and the rest is history :-). It took him a long 6 weeks to tell me he loved me it seemed like an eternity because I fell for him pretty much right away but wanted him to be the first to tell me.
So any way in October we went and i picked out a ring . ...... and today he proposed to me!!!!! I was not expecting it all because i told him i didn't want it till it was payed off (he called and payed it off right before he proposed) and i didn't think he had paid it off yet. So he usually stops by my house before work to hang out for awhile. Today i knew he was going to be here soon so i was just playing on the computer waiting for him to walk in, when i got a text that said... the door is locked will you come open it please. I didn't think the door was locked so walked slowly into the front room and its unlocked, i think well maybe its the screen door so i open the door and there he was on one knee, he said something about i love you and will you be my wife i just stand there and smile and he asked so i just shrugged my shoulder he said so.... i again paused and said ya sure......... yes i will. He was shaking so bad he couldn't even put the ring on my finger and when he did he did it up side down !! So now i feel super old !!!!
