Alaska day 1

We were supposed to land in Alaska at 11pm Alaska time. But our flight ended up getting delayed 3 and a half hours and we landed at 2:30am Alaska time. This is the sun popping up in the clouds.

This is 2:30am! And the darkest it got the whole time. The sun never really goes down it just circles around the mountains.

We thought the kids would sleep forever after a long flight and getting to our hotel about 5am utah time but they were up at 7:30 alaska time ready to party. Our hotel was right next to a river and always had people fishing out of it especially the first day when the tide was low.

We had breakfast at the hotel then went on a beautiful hike to Thunderbird falls.

We hikes down to the stream.

And got closer to the falls.

Then went to subway for lunch.

After we went to the reindeer farm.

These mountains made utahs look like babies!

We got tobpet all sorts of animals!

A baby moose he was about 2 weeks old.

Bunnies. 

Korbyn was so excited to pet a turkey!

After we went to Travis's uncle Scott's house and hung out and had dinner. Traveling with us is Travis's aunt Trena and grandma Tana they stayed with him.
