4th of July weekend.

The 4th of July landed on a Sunday this year so a lot of placed celebrated on Saturday. 

We decided to go Grantsville for the parade then a BBQ at my cousins house after. The girls wanted their traditional star hair.

We were told no candy would be thrown some people did end up throwing it so we scrambled to find bags and boxes for candy. These 2 had a blast .

So did these girls.

After we had a bbq and let the kids play in the water.

Once it got dark we went to my cousins wifes grandmas house to watch the fire works.

This boy EXHUASTED!

After watching fire works we went back to his house and did some fire works at his house they were huge and i was to busy watching the kids making sure they were god to get any pictures.

On the actual 4th we went to Travis' Brothers house to spend some time with his family after church. 

We had a water balloon fight played with sparklers and played in the water.

Then we had yummy steak for dinner. 

This is  a new favorite!

Then we did more sparklers and waited for it to get dark.

We did a few small fountains....

Before having to stop because a storm rolled in and it was to wet and windy.
It was a fun weekend but definitely a busy one the kids were so exhausted they ALL slept in for the first time this summer.
