My 23rd birthday.

On April 13 Gran took the family out to dinner to celebrate my birthday my moms birthday and of coarse Elder Hammonds! We went to the same place that Travis took me for our valentines date its a place called Malawi Pizza and it is so stinking good!!

Gran got to sit right between these 2 cuties.

Erilyn had to try daddies Sprite to make sure it tasted good enough for him..... It was and she drank most of it!! lucily the drinks were unlimited!!

On my actual birthday we went to breakfast and to get my ring cleaned and then we dropped off Erilyn at her Aunt Ashley's(who had reserved babysitting her on my birthday about a month in advance!) We then headed to the movie Amission, lunch at chuck-a-Rama, then mini golfing. Then i decided that i was tired and wanted to go home and eat cake and just relax for a few hours. Then we went to golden corral and went and got Erilyn. It was a nice break from my everyday life. And it was  very good birthday!

I got the piece with lots of frosting on it!! And of coarse a mtn. dew.

No i did not get a car for my birthday!! This is the rental we had while ours got fixed it was a 2013 ford Taurus  the funny thing is we almost bought a 2010 ford Taurus when we were looking at cars but decided on our cheaper car instead. This car had ALL the bells and whistles and it was kinda cool for a couple days.

Lagoon 2013 A.K.A. Erilyns first time on rides.

We decided to go to lagoon because Connor  had his 11 dollar employee tickets i was super excited because Erilyn would be able to ride some rides this year. So we woke up on sat the April 13 and got ready to go to lagoon. My Sister her Husband and baby London meant us there so Erilyn would have a riding buddy.They for the most part did really well!!

Between Erilyn falling asleep and the merry go round Connor got called to security. He called me and said we needed to go to security asap! I asked why and he said just come, i was like OK but why? He said some one hit your car in the parking lot. The reason they knew to call Connor was because we were parked in the employee parking lot, and his employee number was on the parking pass. I said oh OK . I told Travis who's heart rate instantly went up and woke Erilyn up. We got to security and they told us what happened and that we needed to fill out a police report.  I filled it out while Travis went out to see the damage and get our insurance and registration. We got all of that done and as we were leaving i told the police officer to tell the kid thanks for being honest and that we weren't mad.We never saw the boy face to face i don't know if it was because he was an employee,  if it was because he was under age, if it was because he didn't want to see us or if there was even a reason at all. Im just glad that the boy was honest enough to turn him self in and take responsibility for what he did. I hope my kids are honest like that!!!!

SWING SET!!!!

Ive been thinking about getting a swing set For Erilyn for awhile now but couldn't decides what kind i wanted. Wooden ones look so flimsy to me and our mettle ones we had growing up were always falling apart but the hard plastic ones always seemed like the best option to me so i stared looking at those. The only bad thing about those was that they were for younger kids and i wanted something that would last more then a few years before our kids start to out grow it. Any way one day my mother-in-law called and said go to this web site ( lifetime.com) right now and type in this model number. So like a good little girl i did as she said. She said so what do you think? I said well its kinda basic but i like how sturdy and high quality it looks. She said OK now look at the price. 599.99!! Me: That is way to expensive!! Her: Well i just bought it for $150, want it?  Me: For that price YES!! So she brought it to us that night and Travis built it on his next day off.

Luckily his friend Rupert was willing to come help since i was baby sitting that day and i was trying to keep an eye on the kids as well as help.

They got the Great Idea to use the basketball hoop to to help them put it together.

Pass of all passes.

So me and some of the ladies my ward ( who have kids around Erilyns age) have been talking about getting a pass of all passes for a while now. One day as i was talking to one of them on the phone i decided to check and see if i could find any good deals. I found a GREAT! deal we got a pass and $20 gift card for $32!!!! That meens we spent less to get our pass( $12) then we would have going to seven peeks once!! The pass of all passes includes water parks, bowling, sports events, and many more things. Im so excited to be able to do fun things this summer and to be able to hang out with some of the awesome women in my ward. If any of you other readers have one id love to get together with you guys and have a water park day or something.

We decide to try out the bowling one day It was so much fun and Erilyn enjoyed her first time trying bowling.

Easter 2013.

WARNING PICTURE OVERLOAD!!! Last year Erilyn was only 4 months old and we couldn't think of things to get her for Easter so we just skipped it. This year she was old enough to know what was going on so we kinda went over board but it was such a fun Week-end!! 



Friday-

All ready to color eggs.

I found this idea on pintrest to use food coloring and shaving cream to color the eggs. I put all of the colors we had in the bowl when i should have only done two so they turned out funny. But Erilyn enjoyed finger painting and attacking daddy with it!!

ooooooops!! hahahaha notice shes got the shaving cream in her hair daddy got her back! :-D

                                                                      Saturday-


I ran to smiths Friday night to get some milk and a movie,  while i was waiting i line for the movie i noticed a sign for an Easter egg/ candy hunt in the morning. We decided to try it, here is Erilyn waiting patiently to go.



Collecting candy she grabbed 2 hand fulls of candy and was done so i helped collect more .

Her finished product the egg had a coupon for a free 2 liter of soda in it.



After the hunt we headed home and fed Eriyln Breakfast while we cleaned the house, since the Easter bunny wont come to a messy house ;-). Notice that she is STILL holding on to her suckers we had to pry them out of her hands!



After that we went to my moms ward Easter party where Erilyn would just grab eggs and throw them so we didn't get much from there.


sunday-



Of coarse on Sunday the Easter bunny had to come!! She got super Dee-duper spoiled by her to!!

One of her baskets it has a phone like mommies, lots of candy, some bath toys, keys,silly string, hair ties (she thinks they are bracelets), bunny ears, necklaces and some real bracelets in it.

This basket has some big girl panties and training pants in it. She got a potty to!! The Easter bunny must have noticed that she was walking now and is big enough to use the big girl potty. There is also a few recess filled eggs. And cant forget the peeps!!

Here we have some stuff to Help mommy and daddy in the garden, a learning bunny, a pool, some baby bottle pops, and juice.

For lunch we had to have egg salad sandwiches! Made from our dyed eggs the Easter bunny forgot to hide. oooops!

After lunch we decided it was pool time and filled her pool up with water from the heater so she wouldn't freeze she loved it!!
