Day 2 Beach day!

This day was one of the warmest while we were there so we decided to go to the beach! We ended up at La Jolla beach. Here the kids are waiting for our uber driver outside the hotel.

Excited to get in the water! They all wore their swim suits under their clothes but we made them wait for it to warm up a little to get out of their clothes.

The kids got their clothes pretty wet so we let them take them off to dry and the dug in the sand while daddy went and bought some pizza to share!

Korbyn almost instantly found this moose! Made me think of gran!

After lunch they wanted to go in the water again! this time in their swim suits! The waves were pretty high and they had a blast!

They dried off on this playground just off the beach.

Then we did some souvenir shopping and waited for an uber back to the hotel.

The kids weren't done in the water and were dying to get in the hotel pool. I observed from the hot tub and deck it wasn't quite warm enough for me to have fun in the water.

That night Erilyns tablet took a nasty fall and cracked and wouldn't unlock any more. So we ordered her a new tablet and it arrived the morning of day 3!
