Halloween 2022

A few days before we carved pumpkins!

Enslie drew and carved her pumpkin all by herself!

Erilyn saw something similar at lagoon and had to carve hers as a ghost. 

All the kids with their pumpkins Korbyn designed his as well and had the help of daddy to cut it out.

All ready to go to school.

The kids got do a parade but then had to take their costumes off.

After school we headed home cleaned up alittle and tried to eat some bbq chicken before heading to the school for the trunk or treat.

The plan was to go straight into trick or treating after the trunk or treat so we put our candy out with a sign.

Korbyn was having a hard time seeing out of his mask so he wore it and the back / side of his head and enjoyed scaring people by turning it around.

After the trunk or treat we tried a few houses but they weren't quite ready so we went Enslies friends house for a few pictures and to say hi, they ended up convincing us they needed to go together.
We left Enslie at her friends and headed home as we were turning down our street we got a notification that there were people at our door. We looked up and 3 teen boys were running down the street toward us with our entire bowl! We yelled at them to give it back they ran off so Travis chased them and i took the kids home. He said they hid in some guys backyard and he stood on the street yelling at them to give the bowl back. The owner came out with a stick and chased them out of the yard and they ended up giving Travis back the now empty bowl. After that we decided Travis would stay home and hand out candy and i took Erilyn and Korbyn trick or treating.

We got home and the kids immediately went into sorting mode!

This is the bowl the teens stole off our porch im so glad we got it back its a cool bowl!
