Enslies 9th birthday.

Enslie decided she still wanted Giggles to come but she wanted to do most of the decorating herself.

Giggles and Smirks both came and did what little decorating they could as well as brought her a present.

they locked her in her room with what  as left of the streamers 

blew up more balloons and moved the 9.

She got a jewelry box and some dresses from mom and dad.

After school we picked up her 2 best friends as well as some pizza and headed over to nicklecade.

There was hardly anyone else there and the girls had a a fun time running around playing!

after a bout an hour they took a pizza break.

Played for a little longer and had cake.

I'm so glad Enslie has these 3 girls i hope they all stay friends for a long time! She said she had a great birthday! I cant believe she is already 9!

Korbyns 7th birthday!

A few Days before his birthday on the 10th we went to olive garden to eat with Matt one more time  before he left for his deployment on Korbyns birthday. We had them sing to him and he got a yummy cake.

A few days before his birthday he woke up with out a voice but said he was fine other wise so i hoped that his throat was just dry so i kept him home. He got his voice back but said his throat was hurting really bad. With his birthday coming up i got him in with our pediatrician to hopefully get him feeling better before his birthday. She looked him over and said best case scenario it was strep because if it was an antibiotic would have him feeling better and not contagious for his birthday. She did the test and came back in and said i never say this but i have good news its strep! We laughed and were on our way with prescription for antibiotics luckily our pharmacy had the one he needed. ( i guess there is a shortage of antibiotics right now) And he was feeling pretty good after a few doses but had to miss the next day of school to give the medicine time to work. He was sad he couldn't celebrate with his friends at school right before his birthday so we gave him one of his presents early to entertain him while home and lift his sprits. 

Because Travis got the ps5 we gave Korbyn the ps4 to have in his room! I wrapped up the controller so he wouldn't notice the ps4 missing in our room and the size of the present. It was the cutest thing when he opened it! He just looked at us tears in his Eyes " not you didn't , no way, Really?!" he ran off to his room to cry tears of happiness while Travis grabbed the system to set up in his room.

Travis down loaded the Lego Jurassic park game on it and he had all ready beat a lot of the game!

The morning of his birthday he was up at 6 am running around he was so excited!

When I came up a little after 7 he had already snuck out of his room and opened his present form Giggles  

So we staged this picture in his pjs from giggles before he destroyed it.

He got one more present from mom and dad a nerf target!

He asked dad to make his grandmas pancakes for breakfast they are kind of like crepes but thicker and more dense.

He filled it with whipped cream!

He chose the cake because it looked kind of like a basket ball. The lady at the bakery said that she didn't do writing on cakes so i did the best i could.

For his birthday all he wanted to do was play sports and have nerf battle with his friends so we rented the Harold b lee hall for him

We put out chips and drinks to start 

blew up a bunch of balloons and set up all his sports stuff....

His friends came and they alle enjoyed playing while the adults talked.

We found these cool geode candles Korbyn had to have.

Pinata time! Korbyn took 2 good whacks at it before it fell to the ground with a loud THUD. He jumped on it and tore it apart!

Baby Rex made a guest appearance such a sweet baby!

Erilyn had her first jr jazz game in the morning so after the game he wanted to get Wendy's so got Wendy's and headed to set up for his party. After the party he wanted McDonalds so we got McDonalds after the party. I cant believe he is so big! He said this was one of the best birthdays yet.
