First stop Catalina Island

The kids loved this glass elevator!

After a yummy buffet breakfast we boarded a fairy over to the island. I started to feel a little sick so I took some Dramamine on top of my sickness patched I had on.

We shopped, ate and played on the beach before boarding the teal submarine you can see in the distance.

This is something we did with gran 20 years ago. It was fun to see my kids make memories like I did I was right around the Same age as Erilyn is now. 

After the submarine ride we got back on the ship and got some food this was the towel animal we were greeted with!

At dinner Brielles favorite part was the butter.

After dinner we Checked the kids into kids club and went to a few shows on the ship it was fun to get some one on time.

 Our hotel check out was 10 and so after breakfast we packed up and ubered to the port we were one of the first families there. So we checked our luggage and enjoyed the view.

Once on the ship we met in our muster station and got the safety presentation.

Our rooms all had balconies!

In order to have an adult in each room we were all spread out. this was the people in my room.
Erilyn was with her cousins her same age and aunt Ashley and Korbyn was in a room with Travis Kamrin and Kamdyn.

Mady showed the kids how to do make-up.

Then we headed to the pool.

They had a spring break vibe welcome party the kids made the jumbo-tron a few times.

After the party we headed to dinner, enjoyed the balcony and saw a pretty sun set.

It was fun to spend so much time with these girls!

Family reunion 2022

In December 2001 my Gran surprised us with a cruise to Ensenada Mexico for all of us. ( Mom, Dad, 6 kids and Gran). Fast forward to October 2021 and my parents surprised us with the same cruise for our family that had almost tripled in size to 24 to now include 11 grand kids and 5 in laws. One brother his wife and the 12th grandchild stayed home as the baby ( we did not know he was on the way when the cruise was booked) was to young to sail. So 22 of us spent the week on a cruise together doing the same excursions we did 20 years ago. Gran was definitely looking down smiling, watching the unforgettable memories made.

We Left on Saturday the 17th around noon. We parked at diamond parking and used their shuttle to get to the airport. Our Flight was supposed to leave at 2:45 but we got thru security and to our gate to find our flight was delayed 45 min. Due to The flight Crew getting delayed some where else. So we kept the kids entertained till the flight.

Korbyn fell alseep the second he got seated on the flight the kids were all so excited they woke up early.

We stayed at dolphins cove right by Disney land we ended up getting in really late after a hard time getting a an uber to the hotel. We walked down to jack in the box for a quick dinner then got to bed. The next morning we explored the hotel and got breakfast at Denny's next door. 

It was national talk like a pirates day so we did a treasure hunt and a treasure at the end.

We played in the rec room.

Then headed to downtown Disney for lunch and met up with Connor and Carly. The kids all picked a souvenir and headed back to the hotel our original plan was to go to California adventure but we forgot to get reservations. We tried to talk the kids into going to Knotts berry farm but they said they were kind of over amusement parks with the lagoon passes and opted to go back to the hotel to swim. 

We swam in the pool till dinner time and showered and got taco bell for dinner then went to bed to get ready to head to the cruise ship in the morning!
