Mani Pedis!!

It kind of became a traition to go get mani pedis before some one gets married in this family shaless then ashley ( my oldest brothers wife) both took the girls to get thier nails for the wedding so i decided i needed to keep the tradtion going and invited the girls to go get mani pedies!! It was so much fun and very relaxing especially for me whos nerves were finally starting to kick in!!!! It ended up being me, shaless, ashley, madyson(my 2 year old niece),my mom, and gran.It was grans first time and she quickly found out that her feet are ticklish. It was also madysons first time, she felt so grown up and could not stop smiling.

First big duty as a home owner!

So my first big duty as a home owner was to call around and decide what the best cheapest and most reliable cable company would be. First i called dish network and everything i asked they acted like i was stupid!! So i hung up on them and called directv, they were so nice to me and had alot of deals going on the next thing i knew i was setting up an installation date!! We bundled with quest for Internet, I'm super excited to have Internet and cable at My house!!

Yesterday was installation day i was so excited our appointment was between noon and 4. Travis had to work so i went to the house and waited for them to come, i kept my self busy by putting stamps on wedding announcements and writing thank you notes. Then they finally came!! It took about an hour for them to install everything we got two boxes ones a dvr and one is just a receiver, but this was the selling point for me you can start watching a dvr show in one room and finish in the other!!! its so awesome!

So I'm finally caught up on my blog 7 posts later.... oops ill try not to get that far behind ever again but Ive been busy lately so blogging isn't necessarily on the top of my list. We got almost exactly a month till we are married! Its crazy!! Have fun looking at my blog people!!

ZOO!!

On sat we the whole family went to the zoo we meant super early and went to breakfast at Ruth's before. Then off to the zoo it was the first thing we did was watch the elephant show then we went straight to the bird show, then walked around for awhile to look at the other animals it was fun but very tiring. Also on sat i go to go to a first fitting for my dress for the wedding it was so exciting i forgot how pretty it was and it is going to to be so pretty when it is done!! I wont post pics of it because i don't want Travis to see but it is pretty!

KITTENS!!!

On Aug 11 my brothers cat had kittens!! she had 5 two grey ones, two grey and whit spotted ones, and one black one. They are so cute!! These pics are about two week old they are starting to get playful and are starting to learn how to walk and play. They are very loud when they are hungry but cute we will be giving them away when they are old enough so if any one knows any one who wants a kitten lat us know.

Cannon 7th ward womens retreat

A couple weekends ago i got to go to my first and last women's retreat with the cannon 7Th ward. It was so much fun we played games ate food, had a jello slurping competition, tied a quilt and got to see deer really close!!

A day with madyson

My nephew Jaydan had to have some minor surgery done so i got to babysit Madyson for the day she was so cute all day!! we played at the park, in the sprinklers, and with the kittens. Travis was even nice enough to buy her chicken nuggets her favorite!! here are some pics from the day.


Connor kept getting " stuck " on the slide so Maddie had to go down the slide and push him out she thought it was so funny and had to do it over and over again.
