We Have A House!!!!!!!

We finally have a house after almost a year of looking and three big disappointments we finally found a house!! Its super close to where i grew up in fact its almost the exact opposite south and west. And since its close to where i grew up it means if we stay there my kids will be going to a lot of the same schools i did its also close to both our works.( witch makes me super happy because Travis has been travaling almost an hour to work and to see me almost everyday) :-) he will be only about 10 min away. Its also far enough away from my parents and rest of the family that i will be able to have me time but close enough that seeing them often isn't a big deal. One of the big things i wanted was to stay in salt lake close to family and work but to also move far enough away that i wouldn't be in the same stake even though i love my stake, now i get to be social meet new people and basically start fresh and new with out many people knowing me.
The one bad thing is we found out after our offer had been accepted that the house had mold but after talking to the sellers they agreed to lower the price for us so we can fix the problem. If all goes well Travis will be moving in at the end of march beginning of may and hopefully he can get a friend to live with him for a few months because i wont be moving in till after we are married. pictures to come.

Our Valentines Day

I personally don't like valentines day because i think that is just plain stupid i think if the guy in my life wants to show his love for me its better unexpected and on the day everyone tells him he should do it isn't unexpected its lame because every other girl is getting special treatment too. But any ways we have decided (well mainly me) to have a valentines month that way we can still give each other cool things but it will be unexpected and special. So we each have from Feb 1st to Feb 28Th or 29Th to do something special for each other.

But this year we decided to do something the Friday before and to keep it simple so we spent the entire day together we watched the first showing of valentines day and just spent time together for dinner he made us home made mashed potatoes, steak, and green beans. witch was really good!!! and for desert we had super yummy chocolate cake... that we bought it was an awesome day and i cant wait to see how the rest of the valentines months go :-). DISNEY ON ICE!!!

OKAY so i have always loved disney and going to any kind of live performances, i just love all the excitement in the air and getting to see all the bright lights and fun entertainment. My niece and nephew also love disney ( thier favorites are ariel or mermaid as maddie calls her and cars) and the disney on ice this year is mainly those guys so i couldnt resist i told thier mom and she said they would love it so i got on the internet and got 8 ROW TICKETS!!!!!! for only 20 bucks each witch isnt that bad considering they are a row above the 45 dallor seats!!! its not till march 12 but and thier will deffinantly be alot of pictures.:-D

Watching the niece and nephew.

On Friday Travis and i got to watch my niece and nephew for the day. They are the cutest most behaved kids i have ever seen, i hope my kids are just kids are just like them. They got to my house about ten in t he morning and stayed till about 8 that night it was way fun but but very tiring they definitely have more energy then i do and keep me on my toes.


The first thing they did when they got here was go straight to the cookie jar and look at me with their big blue eyes and ask me for just one sucker......


Of coarse i give in and give them each one....

On Travis's way over i had him stop and get some Donald's for us. He wanted to make eggs but i told him that they took to Long lets have something else for lunch what do you want he thought for a second and yelled ...... danalds!!!!

We were playing that my rug was lava and they couldn't touch it if they did, We had to hurry and put out his on fire feet with my blanket. He hit my bed frame and scratched his back. I felt so bad and it looked pretty bad, but it didn't seem to hurt him to much, we stopped playing the game any ways..... ouchy big guy im sorry!!

When ever they come over they get to make cookies with Hamma. For Christmas they got these cute baking out fits Maddies hat didnt last long though!!!

He is better then me at cracking eggs!!!! We had him crack them into a bowl so if there were shells in them we could get them out, he cracked four egges and we only had to get one small shell out!!!

The day was so much fun i cant wait to do it again!!

New cell phone account!!

On Tues also Travis and i got a cell phone account together. His old contract was about to expire and my little brother really wanted a phone, so we decided to just do it all at once. we got our new phones, and went straight to gateway to get invisible Shields for them because his phone was all ready scratching we found out that they didn't have it for his phone and that mine had to be special ordered. So we ordered one for me and went back to the store to complain. They gave him a clear cover for his phone he was happy his phone wasn't going to get scratched up any more then it all ready was. We then came home and filled out our mail in rebate forms right away, he gets the full 100 back on his and i get 30 on mine. In reality i got a 35 dollar phone and he got a 5 dollar phone because technically all he has to pay was taxes.

Donating blood

On Tuesday Travis and i donated blood that is one of my new years resolutions. I think that if I am healthy enough to donate blood, that i should do it as much as possible and that its going towards a good cause. Its crazy to think that 15 mins and a little bruise can save a life. A life of a person you dont even know.

It was only my second time successfully donating, I tired when i was 17 the lady was really new at it and hadn't had much experience, so when my vein moved she panicked and over corrected sticking the needle through my vein and when she got i t fixed it was bleeding to the sides so there wasn't enough pressure to get the blood to flow fast enough. ( i had a big painful bruise from that one) I was bummed and didn't donate after that because i was scared it would happen again.( i was also busy or sick)

last October or November my stake hosted a blood drive and Travis and i decided to go and i successfully donated blood and finally found out my blood type witch is B+ .Tues was the second success she missed the vein at first but then she got it to work i was so happy.

Our ouchies on our arms painful but well worth it!!
