Fun friday.

We also have fun Fridays! The same the kids have to earn their fun Fridays.

The first one we did was attempt to make home made ice cream we had a few friends show up last min. though and we were kind of short on ice so they ended up putting them in the freezer to set or just having soup they had fun with it though.

The kids have been loving having the free lunch in the park back as well its fun to walk to the park for lunch a few days a week.

Then we went swimming at northwest rec. center.

One friday we went Chuck E Cheese.

The next one we spent all week prepping Erilyns room to paint it!

It turned out super cute!

Lagoon a beach is  must when you have season passes on the way to lagoon we got flat tire though!! we quickly changed it and dropped the tire of to be fixed then headed to the park.

The following week we prepped all week to paint Enslies room.

This last Friday we did molds of the kids hands.

The original plan was to paint Korbyns room but I'm so over painting for a while and he couldn't decide on a color he wanted so we decided to offer him a pet instead. He decided that was fine as ling as we could get an orange cat. SO.... He got an orange kitten He named Cheeto.

He is one of Aunt Trenas kittens w met on memorial day weekend she was nice enough to meet Travis and Korbyn half way to give him to him. He has been a fun kitten so far he is very adventurous but also cuddly and cute. The other cats aren't to fond of him and have mostly left him alone.

 

Whacky Wednesdays

This summer we decided to do whacky Wednesdays! If the kids keep up on their chores and are all around well behaved they get to have whacky Wednesdays. On whacky Wednesdays we do something fun for lunch.

The first one we all picked a color had to buy our food for the day in that color.

The next one we did was 7-11 lunch.

The next one was dollar store lunch which had to include a fun toy and art project.

This one they each picked a letter in their name and had to buy food that started with that letter.

One day we made mac and cheese grilled cheese.

With tomato soup i forgot to get a picture of the kids with their food for this one.
