Erilyn 5 year check up

Erilyn had her 5 year check up at the same time as brother and sister. The doc usually wont do more then 2 kids at a time but because we have been going to her every 3 months ( literally) for 5 years now she felt that we could all handle just getting it done and over with. They checked the basics mouth, refluxes, private parts, heart, lungs, tummy and ears she did end up having an ear infection (from the lovely cough daddy brought home from work) so she got anti-biotics for that.. The doc was happy to hear that she played soccer and is keeping active during this cold snowy winter we are having. She is wearing size 12 shoes  and size 5/6 clothes.  She is 45.5 inches tall 95% and 41.4 lbs. 60% and has a perfect bmi of 14. She went first to be the good example for her brother and sister and did an awesome job. Since they were all so good for the appointment we went to Wendys for lunch before stopping at smiths to pick up an antibiotic and taking Erilyn to school.

Enslie 3 year check up.

3?! WOW!

 She is now talking in full sentences and paragraphs 

 She is an amazing big sister and loves to make brother laugh. She is starting to play by herself and not copy Erilyn as much.

 She Is really into playing with baby dolls lately and has tuck them in every night.

 She has out grown her nap and sleeps from 730 - about 7 every night.

 She wears a size 8 shoe. And is in 3t and some 4t clothes.

 She loves to color and is getting good at coloring in the lines. Her favorite book right now is "the butt book" she laughs thru the whole thing.

She is FINALLY potty trained through the day and we are working on nights.

 She is learning more and more every day she now knows all her colors can count to 5 and knows a lot of her letters.

 She loves curious George, frozen and Sophia the first. 

 She loves to try to wash her own hair. And play with the water as it comes out in the bath tub. She also loves bath paint any squirt toys and splashing in the tub.

Her favorite foods are raspberrys, sugar, apple sauce and pizza

She weighs 31lbs 5oz (60%)  and is 39  inches tall( 95%)  She passed all of her doctors questions with flying colors.
 The one question I had for the doc was why she is sometimes shaky (like a cold or nervous shake) when she wakes up. She was stumped and said that she isn't sure why she would do that especially since its usually happens after a nap and that we should be concerned only if its accompanied by a fever, sweats or feeling cold to the touch. But that she would let us know if she found out anything else that could be causing it. Other then that she is perfect and growing well.

Korbyns 1 year stats

Weight? : 23 lbs (75 %) ( 3 lbs heavier then Enslie and 2 lbs heavier then Erilyn at age 1)
Height? : 31.5 Inches (95%) ( half an inch shorter then Enslie and an inch and half taller then Erilyn at age 1)
 Teeth? : 8 and no sign of more anytime soon.
Hair? : Yep! He has already had 2 haircuts.
Crawling? :Yes and he is fast!!
Cloths size? : 2t since he was 11 months old :-(.
Sleeping? : He is such a good sleeper! I'm a lucky momma!
Bottles?: NOPE! He never really was a fan of bottles. His transition from boob to sippie went better then I thought it would though. I cut him off of the breast cold turkey a few days shy of 11 months because he was a biter and with 8 teeth it was just more pain then I felt it was worth and I was just done.
Baby food? : Yeah right! He thinks he is a big boy and wont let us feed him any more so he eats what ever he can feed him self. (I switch she for hes, the hers for hims and the girl for boy copied from Erilyns/Enslies)
Real Food? : Yes he gets mostly big boy food, really anything he can feed him self he will eat. Some of his favorites are...... well anything!!
Talking? : Yes he is starting to become quite the mimic the doc was very impressed with his vocabulary at his well check. He says mom, dad, sister, night, hi, and bye. We are working on please, love and sippie.
Laughing? : Yes a ton he thinks big sisters are some of the funniest people and is constantly laughing at Them.  He is also very ticklish on his neck and has the cutest giggle.
Smiling? : He is still super happy and smiley. Especially when daddy is around he is definitely a daddys boy.
Walking? : Nope, he does love his zebra walker that big sisters picked out for his birthday and is getting quite good at even going around corners. I have caught him a few times standing on his own but it doesn't last long. He loves to walk along the couch and pull him self up onto things but has yet to take any solo steps.

Enslies birthday.

The sat before her birthday we went to target to pick out her presents. I told her we would wrap them and she could open them on the morning of her birthday. She insisted that she had to help me wrap.

She insisted that she needed a crib with monkeys on it for her babies we couldn't find one with monkeys but she was ok with "pokem dots" to. ( we had something similar when Erilyn was about her age that broke)

She also got a bubble gun and some food and bottles for her babies.

After we went to Classic skating ( the ice skating rinks all weren't open till later in the day we figured this was the next best thing.)

We set this boy down so we get our skates on and he took off! luckily there was only one other small group there so we let him crawl around while we got our skates on.

They even had bowling.

After classic skating Enslie chose subway for lunch then we went check out SeaQuest with gramma and Nisha.

I was shocked that Enslie actually touched the lizard things!

There was one underneath they were trying to find.

you could buy seeds and feed the parakeets Enslie wanted to go in but freaked out when the birds tried to land on her and even kicked one away!

Erilyn was super brave though.

Getting a fish pedicure! I thought they said they were some kind of sharks but they could have been saying that the sharks were in the next room either way it felt so weird! It almost felt like my feet were asleep, it tingled. My feet were super soft after though.

When we got home this little boy and Erilyn both spiked fevers Enslie gave him some cupcake to help him feel better.

so me and Enslie got dressed up and went to do some shopping before meeting at my parents house.
